 I offer you that valuable emotional support and guidance  to help your family 
make a smooth transition to a "new" normal.  

I am CAPPA trained as a Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator and through continuous education strive to offer the latest and best service available. 

I currently hold Red Cross First Aid and CPR for adult, children and infants certification as well as being current with TB and other testing. I can travel and hold a U.S. Passport.

  • Feedings and Burping
  • Bottle/breastfeeding equipment cleaning sterilization
  • Preparation of formula/defrost/warm breast milk
  • Diaper changing 
  • Bath time
  • Umbilical/Circumcision care
  • Baby laundry
  • Organization of Nursery and layette ( making sure you always have plenty of diapers, wipes, etc.)
  • Information on local resources/handouts/videos
  • Meal Preparation and keeping Mom hydrated
